The Boggs-Shenson home is the most special property I have ever experienced in San Francisco, so it is no wonder that some of my most precious clients of all time have landed this gem to call their own & raise their children in the heart of the city, on the top of Nob Hill.
While the home, the views and the grounds are beyond magical, and like nothing you have ever seen, what was most magical to me was the gratitude I feel to have my clients’ trust to guide them & help them make such a monumental purchase happen.
This was no ordinary transaction…we were dealing with multiple parcels, easements, attorneys, the National Historic Trust in Washington DC, among other things. It took loads of patience, grit, positivity and a sense of humor to make it through.
One of the best things about this business besides getting to help clients make massive life decisions and transitions, is the fact that I walk away from each transaction as a stronger and better professional... and person. The knowledge and the growth that I took away from such an epic property will forever be a part of my life. This particular transaction has left indelible imprints on my heart.
What an experience to help continue to write the 100+ year story of such an epic estate. On the day they closed escrow, we indulged in celebratory champagne & sweets on the view deck, and when I went to take a photo of my clients with downtown SF and the Bay behind them, I welled up with tears. I am so proud of them, and of us, for pulling this miracle off!
I am forever grateful and will never forget this magical milestone moment of my career.
