As we close out 2018, we wanted to reflect on some of our accomplishments through the year. 2018 was a truly special year filled with recognition, milestone transactions and lots of celebration.
Here are just a few of The Costa Group’s highlights for 2018:
This fall, The Costa Group was beyond thrilled to be named to the Leading 100 List of Top Performing Real Estate Professionals in the Bay Area by Luxury Marketing Council. With thousands of agents to choose from, receiving this honor is something that we are extremely proud of and will cherish for years to come.
2018 Brokerage of the Year - Franck and I are incredibly thankful to be a part of Vanguard Properties. Every single thing about Vanguard screams success - from its amazing agents and office staff to its unique client-centered approach. Receiving the title of Brokerage of the Year has further solidified Vanguard Properties’ place among the top brokerages in the Bay Area.
The Boggs-Shenson home - It was a true privilege to have the opportunity to assist our longtime clients in purchasing this stunning Nob Hill Estate for their precious family. This transaction left an imprint on our hearts for so many reasons and will be one that will remember forever. (You can read more about this milestone moment for us here.)
Reaching $500 million in combined career sales - Reaching this mark was truly a surreal moment for Franck & I. We are so thankful for our fellow agents, referral partners and clients who helped to turn this dream into a reality. We are already looking forward to reaching the next $500 million!
While all of the above milestones have definitely helped to make 2018 a year to remember for us, the things that we will remember most this year are the faces of our clients as they closed on their dream homes or sold their homes for top dollar.
Choosing to buy or sell real estate is one of the most important decisions that an individual can make in his or her life. We are so thankful each and every day to our clients who put their trust in us and allow us to walk hand-in-hand with them every step of the way.
